Charles W. Harris is Senior Managing Partner and CEO of Associated Bookkeeping & Tax Service (operating as LeMott, LLC), the practice he has strategically guided and managed over the past fifteen years in Mobile, Alabama. Charles sets the firm's strategic direction and personally works with clients on their most important tax and financial decisions — the same hands-on standard he has upheld throughout his tenure, now backed by a growing team that includes Partner Pam Worsham.

Pam Worsham brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience to Associated Bookkeeping & Tax Service, where she leads payroll and bookkeeping for every client on our books. Clients count on her for accurate, on-time payroll runs and meticulously reconciled accounts — and her deep tax preparation background means she brings a preparer's eye to bookkeeping decisions long before tax season ever starts. As Partner, Pam works alongside Charles to make sure every client gets the same level of personal attention, whether the work is a monthly reconciliation or a full return.
